Many important changes have occured in the last few years in the education systems, which will require teachers and school leaders to upgrade and refine their technology skills. Leaders need to develop teachers' skill in using ICT for teaching, solving problems, making decisions and interacting in order to enhance the pedagogical methods. Many teachers lacked meaningful opportunities to acquire the skills needed to meet the desired ICT outcomes. Hence, a challenge for technology leaders is to provide responsive and flexible professional development appointments that focus on technology integration and design rather than computer application alone. Therefore school leaders should have an awareness on obstacles that limit ICT integration and translate the knowledge into effective approaches of leadership.

Perkongsian yang baik. Negara kita masih jauh ketinggalan dalam ICT. Kita hanya sebagai 'pengguna', itupun tidak maksima. Cikgu2 tak banyak guna ICT, wpun satu teknologi dan bahan bantu yang terbaik. Rakyat Malaysia banyak berhibur dan membuang masa dengan ICT. Sebagai pemimpin sekolah, jadi tanggungjawab untuk mengubah situasi ini.
